Bone Grafting for Dental Implant Supported Prosthesis

This case presented a patient with the following characteristics:

1.   Altered facial dimensions
2.   Loss of upper lip support
3.   Edentulous

His treatment plan included:

1. Liophilized Bone graft upper and lower arch
2. Sinus Lifts left and right side
3. Seven superior implants (Cadwell Luc surgical technique)
4. Six inferior dental implants
5. CAD/CAM designed dental implant supported hybrid prostheses

The result is great change and improvement in the quality of life of the patient.  Thanks to Desiree for allowing us to use this case as an example of “all on six” dental implants with implant supported hybrid prosthesis at Smiles Peru.
